For over 85 years, sleep quality and healthy living have been the focus of the Karlsruhe-based specialty store „BETTEN RITTER“. Individually measured bed systems, beds for seniors, allergy-compatible textiles, a unique bedspring cleaning as well as luxurious sleeping places and a large selection of branded products to the living ambience are part of the offer of BETTEN RITTER.
In addition to a wide selection of high-quality products around the topic of „sleeping“, BETTEN RITTER also offers with its own BETTEN RITTER objects furnishing and living concepts in the private as well as in the commercial sector.
BETTEN RITTER designs entire living worlds and furnishes objects, apartments, offices or hotels according to wishes.
BETTEN RITTER was founded in 1932 as a cleaning and upholstery company by Günther Ritter. In 1974, continued by Günther Lohr was founded Betten Ritter GmbH. In 1982 BETTEN RITTER celebrated its 50th anniversary and in the same year also moved to the main shopping street in Karlsruhe-Durlach. The current managing director, Hans-Günther Lohr, took over the management of the company in 1998.
Thus BETTEN RITTER is led from now on in the second generation. BETTEN RITTER offers a 1600 m² exhibition space spread over 3 floors. In 2017, Betten Ritter won Haustex Star 2017 in the category „Exemplary employee qualification“. In 2021 BETTEN RITTER celebrates its 90th anniversary.
