On August 12, 2025, a press release was created and distributed both nationally and internationally for the exclusive residential project Villa Carlotta. The communication focused on the listed villa from 1886, located in the Beutig villa district of Baden-Baden, which is being reinterpreted with the highest standards of architecture and residential culture. The objective was to highlight the exceptional combination of historical substance, contemporary luxury, and a prime location.
